I’m Lisa Paige, and I’m passionate about helping people feel at home in their bodies—both physically and emotionally. With over 15 years of experience as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), I’ve spent my career supporting individuals in healing their relationship with food and themselves. As a Licensed Social Worker (LSW), I integrate mental health care with nutrition, offering a truly holistic approach to well-being.

How I Can Help
I believe in a weight-neutral, body-positive approach that focuses on mental, emotional, and
physical wellness—not dieting, not restriction, but true nourishment for the whole self. Whether
you’re struggling with disordered eating, body image, anxiety, depression, chronic illness, or
simply feeling disconnected from yourself, I offer a compassionate space to help you reconnect
and thrive.


My Approach
I take a client-centered, nonjudgmental approach that respects where you are in your journey
while helping you take meaningful steps forward.

guiding you toward balance.
Chronic Illness & Wellness Support – Creating personalized strategies to support conditions
like gut health issues, inflammation, or hormone imbalances.

Trauma-Informed Therapy – Helping clients process past experiences, build emotional
resilience, and develop coping strategies for stress, anxiety, and depression.
Emotional Regulation & Self-Compassion Work – Guiding clients in understanding their
emotions, reducing self-criticism, and cultivating a kinder, more accepting relationship with
themselves.


What to Expect When Working With Me

I meet my clients with compassion, warmth, and a deep respect for their lived experience. This
is not about rigid meal plans or quick fixes—this is about learning to listen to your body, trusting
yourself, and cultivating a sense of freedom
in how you care for yourself.


Insurance & Payment Options
I accept most insurance plans for mental health counseling and therapy services, and I also
offer private pay and sliding scale options to ensure care is accessible.
