As many of you know 1/3 of ALL Beyond the Mirror services are Always FREE or sliding scale. This is largely in part of the community assistance we receive.
Some of these programs include: Free & low cost workshops & presentations, Counseling, Teen Clothing Fund, Media Smart Youth & Staff-Trainings.
This year our focus is "Training the Trainers" and "I Like Me" We are going to give informational workshops to sports coaches to assist them in communicating to kids/teens in healthy way. We are also going to do some workshops for elementary kids to foster healthy self-esteem, confidence & body acceptance!
